Requirements for residents
- Residents must be 18 years old or older
Identify themselves as male
be diagnosed or consider themselves as a person in need of support for addiction to drugs and/or alcohol. - We are not able to admit anyone who has a conviction for violent felonies or required to register as a sex offender.
- Those who are prescribed narcotics, including Sarboxone and Methadone, may be admitted on a case by case basis.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any person.
- We do not discriminate based on religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, familial status, race, gender or any other class or group of people including but not limited to those in society that are protected under various federal, state and local laws.

Additional information
- Residents in our homes self identify as living with the disease of addiction, and as such, enjoy special rights for housing under federal law. However, residents who return to using drugs or drinking alcohol, in any quantity, at any time, will be exited from our home for the safety of other residents.
- If a resident returns to drinking or using drugs and leaves the home there is no guarantee of refunds of rent paid. Security deposits are refundable.
- No one, at any time, may possess or use any type of illegal substance, or alcohol, marijuana and other mind/mood altering substances while on our around the home.
- Guests are under the same guidance and any infraction of this may result in your suspension, eviction and counseling from the County of San Diego.
