    Drug Policy

Policy regarding alcohol, drugs and other substances

Amethyst Landing is a place that will always be free from the presence, possession, or use of alcohol, drugs, other substances, natural or synthetic, at any time for any reason. We will not hesitate to take appropriate action as determined by management. This protects everyone.

    When relapse happens

Our residents come to us for structure and support. Each resident's agreement requires us to assist them in leaving the home if they return to drinking or using drugs. They understand this is good for the rest of their fellow residents. Each is encouraged to develop a relapse action plan, that will be on file and will be used as their "clear headed guidance" for us and them. The plan may include a request for our assistance to help them find alternate housing, detox and other services. Unused rent and security deposit* will be returned to the resident to help in their transition.
*Unused rent and security deposits, less any standard deductions, shall be refunded.
