• Who we serve and other requirements

• The Centre for Serenity accommodates up to 21 men at any time.

• Qualifications include a diagnosis of addiction to alcohol or other drugs.
• Residents must be 18 years or older at time of admission.
• We are a fair housing provider with a tradition of serving the gay, bi, and trans communities.

• Pricing

• Prices are based on bed and room type and availability starting at $550 a month.
• Our prices include all utilities, internet, TV, and general operating costs.
• We do not provide food or beverages except for coffee and water. Food is the responsiblity of individual residents.
• Parking is not provided

• Our Amenities include:

• A TV in each room
• Full kitchen with complimentary coffee
• Bedrooms include single beds, linens, blankets and pillows.
• Paper products for home and bathroom, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent are provided
• On site is high speed Wifi,Cable TV with premium channels, laundry machines, a game room, and an outside courtyard.
• The building is secure and includes keyless entries.
